With its expansive glass walls, clean lines and seamless connection to the outdoors, this contemporary residence is designed to make the most of its surroundings. At the heart of the architecture is MiLL Aluminium's slim-profile framing system, allowing large-format glazing to take centre stage across both levels of the home.
The result is a facade that feels remarkably light. Slim mullions and narrow aluminium profiles keep the framing visually minimal, giving the home uninterrupted views while allowing natural light to flow deep into the interiors.
Fixed sections throughout the facade are built on MiLL's Fix Window Series, engineered to accommodate dynamic, multi-shaped glazing without compromising structural integrity, allowing large panes to sit within a single clean plane.
Inside, full-height glazing opens the living space towards the pool deck through smooth-gliding sliding doors from MiLL's Sliding Series.
With a slender 19mm profile width and support for sashes of significant weight, the system allows expansive glass panels to glide effortlessly along their tracks, creating a seamless transition between indoors and out that reinforces the home's open and connected character.
The aluminium framing is equally considered from a functional perspective. Engineered for thermal efficiency, the system helps maintain a comfortable interior despite the home's extensive use of glass, while the Sliding Series' acoustic performance keeps the pool-facing living areas quiet and insulated from outside noise. Integrated channels also allow lighting to be concealed within the architecture, creating the warm linear glow beneath the timber eaves without interrupting the clean lines of the design.
The same language continues upstairs, where an aluminium-framed glass balustrade keeps the views open while providing the necessary structural support. From the double-height living space to the pool-facing glazing, every detail is designed to feel open, refined and considered.
